Stimulus to Aid Seniors with Reverse Mortgage Enhancements
The 2008 stimulus package increased the reverse mortgage limit to $417,000 in effort to aid the many millions of seniors faced with the financial challenges brought on by a turbulent stock market and troubled economy. The losses have only become more dramatic so far this year leaving many seniors in search of ways to get by financially. Obama’s 2009 stimulus package addresses this concern for senior homeowners by increasing the limit further to match the Fannie/Freddie limit of $625K. Here is the news as announced by the National Reverse Mortgage Lender’s Association.
NRMLA is pleased to report that the compromise package approved by the House-Senate conference committee yesterday does indeed set the HECM loan limit at 150% of the Freddie Mac limit, which would put it at $625,500 — for the balance of 2009.
The House of Representatives approved the plan this afternoon and the Senate is expected to follow suit this evening.
Please remember that after President Obama signs the bill, HUD still must issue a Mortgagee Letter to implement the change. From our previous experience, we have learned that there is no telling exactly how long it will take for them to get this done, but with the temporary nature of this provision, we hope that they will act expeditiously.

I just started going through the DVD and I’ve never seen anything like this. I’ve burned 100’s of our dvd’s and this one is crazy. Kinda scary to think this might be the future of movies. So far I’ve scanned just the last two chapters of 8 listings and they all seem to have chunks of the movie missing. So far I have not found one that has the last 10 minutes of the film. I am starting from the top and working my way down. hopefully one of these works.

There are a couple of ways to load music onto your Sansa. The easiest way to it simply drag and drop files right to the Sansa player, just like you would with any other external drive. Connect your player to your computer and go into My Computer. Open up your Sansa and then open the Internal Storage. Then, open up the folder where you keep your music. All you have to go now is simply drag the songs of folders you want to put on your player from the music folder over to the internal storage of your player. Or, you can sync your player with a jukebox program like Windows Media Player. To do this, open up Windows Media Player and make sure it recognizes your player. Then, go into the Sync tab and create a list of what you want to sync. Then, just hot the sync button and it will copy everything over to your player. Hope that helps.

Have you updated the firmware? It sounds like a firmware problem that needs to be reinstalled. Geek Squad can do this at any Best Buy or you can do it yourself and save some money… either way. The download from the Garmin server is usually about 2 hours and then another hour to reinstall… Try this first.

Hello,Wonderful post, although i’m more concerned in what will come out of the google vs facebook social network war. I have not heard much news on it recently, which probably indicates that it is not that far off, but i have a idea its going to result in several big improvements to social networks. For me, i would prefer facebook came out of the battle still in the lead mainly because google’s already large enough, plus they currently hold excessive data on most people. I don’t reckon that both have the opportunity to exist though, either google’s social network will take over or totally crash. What does anybody else think? I have a brother sewing machine I bought at Walmart it was in-expensive and it works great. If I was you I would take a sewing class for beginners!! Hobby shops and fabric stores often have them, because they eventually want your business. I know the little quilt shops all offer them too. Im a beginner but I have lots of fun with sewing…I pin everything and keep checking both sides…in and out…to make sure it is going to look like I want it to before I start sewing hehe!! The library has great how to books for beginners…its a nice way to try out a simple project without spending $50 on a book…you can always photocopy the project at the library too.
